Local Furniture Shop provides listings only. We are not a party to any sale and do not take payment, handle delivery, or guarantee the condition of any item.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must describe items accurately, own the right to sell them, comply with UK furniture and fire-safety regulations, and keep their contact details current.

Prohibited listings

Counterfeit goods, stolen items, and upholstered furniture that does not meet UK fire-safety labelling requirements may be removed without notice.

Account suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that breach these terms or generate repeated reports.
